Words ending in 'ever' have a completely different meaning if the 'ever' is separated:
"How ever am I going to meet that deadline?"
"What ever will they think of next?"
"When ever will they get here?"
"Where ever did she put the keys?"
"Who ever would have thought this could happen?" |
How to Coach Your Staff to Step Up and Seize OpportunitiesMy colleague, Juliette Robertson, provides excellent Coaching and Coach Training, so I've arranged to offer you and any managers on your team, free access to a 60 minute tele-training session. "How to Coach Your Staff to Step Up and Seize Opportunities." Why? Because, communication is what we do. I suspect you'd like to get more from the staff around you in 2009 and, like Juliette, I believe that it really doesn't matter what business you're in - coaching is the fastest, easiest, most economical way to improve staff morale, initiative and performance. And she's going to introduce you to the skills on this call. I have experienced Juliette's coaching and I know that her material is of a very high standard so I am happy to recommend this on-line Coach Training to you. And the great thing is, because it's by phone and web cast, you can be working anywhere in Australia or overseas and still listen in. That's why it makes sense to attend this LIVE tele-training and get your hands on these introductory coaching skills. To find out more and register for a complimentary spot for yourself or managers on your team, all you have to do is click on the ad below. And remember, you and/or your managers can attend at no charge. |
